Seemandhra is Bent on to Prove “Tyranny of Majority” – So Be It !

Its 160 Days since the Telangana Statehood announcement made by UPA and Congress Party on 30th July 2013.  I senses, shock and total rejection by the friends in Andhra and Rayalaseema as they were unprepared for this decision,  and I have been advocating to Telangana people through various posts and social media to give time and space to the shocked people as Aham needs time to cool down and reconcile, I must say, the level of maturity and calmness displayed by Leadership and common people of Telangana for all sorts of endless provocation’s  have been remarkably better than my own expectations on such an emotional matter for 3.5 crores people who in their most recent severe struggle stretched over 40 Months since the betrayal from Govt of India from the floor of Indian Parliament after the 9th December 2009 announcement.

It’s very very saddening to see for Indian democracy that Chief Minister and all Ministers and almost all legislators for Andhra and Rayala Seema insist on Vote  and express their Reject of the Bill though their Majority strength in the house on the Draft AP Re-organization Bill sent by President to Elicit the Views of Assembly as per the procedure given in the

Article 3 in The Constitution Of India 1949

Formation of new States and alteration of areas, boundaries or names of existing States: Parliament may by law
(a) form a new State by separation of territory from any State or by uniting two or more States or parts of States or by uniting any territory to a part of any State;
(b) increase the area of any State;
(c) diminish the area of any State;
(d) alter the boundaries of any State;
(e) alter the name of any State; Provided that no Bill for the purpose shall be introduced in either House of Parliament except on the recommendation of the President and unless, where the proposal contained in the Bill affects the area, boundaries or name of any of the States, the Bill has been referred by the President to the Legislature of that State for expressing its views thereon within such period as may be specified in the reference or within such further period as the President may allow and the period so specified or allowed has expired Explanation I In this article, in clauses (a) to (e), State includes a Union territory, but in the proviso, State does not include a Union territory Explanation II The power conferred on Parliament by clause (a) includes the power to form a new State or Union territory by uniting a part of any State or Union territory to any other State or Union territory

Basic Reason for general patience and desire in Telangana people to see that all three regions use the opportunity to express their views and submit their specific amendments or suggestions is to make sure as much as possible a constitutionally fair requests are accommodated by the Govt of India and Parliament and the spirit of the constitution is Respected and more importantly the division of state is geographical and administrative in nature and as there is no division of people introduced through any legislative process.

However, I am convinced its futile to expect at any more, its time people of Telangana and the legislators stop their appeal or protest let Andhra and Rayalaseema have their Aham go in to the history records of Telangana and the “Tyranny of Majority” the real story of Failed Experiment of Andhra Pradesh state be recorded in History books and let the Aham (Extreme Ego) of Seemandhra be satisfied for good..

There is a limit to the kindness and good will gesture, for me, this is it, no more..

Let them do whatever they wish to..

People of Telangana and India will have nothing to lose but to gain the sympathy for the 57 years of “Tyranny of Majority” and let India once for all, stands to Reject the Tyranny of Majority and assert the Supreme Authority of Parliament and the Article 3 of Constitution of India to send the message to Rest of India, no such thing happens in any part of India to any Indians.
